Clear and transparent service terms for our clients across South East London, Kent, Surrey, and Sussex.
1. Bookings & Scheduling
All cleaning services must be booked in advance via our website or phone. Appointments are confirmed once availability and property details are agreed for your premises.
2. Cancellations
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be charged to cover reserved time and staff resources.
3. Property Access
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not possible, the booking may be treated as a late cancellation.
4. Pricing & Payments
Prices are based on the service selected and property details provided. Final pricing is confirmed before the clean. Payment is due prior to or upon completion.
5. Scope of Service
Each service follows a defined checklist. Tasks outside the agreed scope or properties requiring significantly more time may require a revised quote.
6. Satisfaction Commitment
Your satisfaction matters to Gurkha Workforce. If something has been missed, notify us within 24 hours. We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution at no extra cost.
7. Liability & Insurance
We are fully insured for your peace of mind. While we take great care, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not securely fixed.
8. Products & Equipment
We provide professional equipment and products for every visit. Specialist eco-friendly products are available upon request to protect your home and the environment.
9. Health, Safety & Conduct
We reserve the right to decline or stop a service if the environment is unsafe or if inappropriate behaviour occurs. Our team's safety is our priority.
